Training with Shinji Nagaki Sensei 5th Dan

On Saturday the 14th June, Akashi Shotokan were lucky enough to host World Champion Shinji Nagaki Sensei 5th Dan JKS. The course took place at our new Carr Manor Venue in Leeds. Two classes were taught by Sensei, who clearly showed why he is one of the world’s most talented Karate-ka, his overall ability and instruction are very inspiring. Karate-ka from Sunderland, Bridlington, York, Selby, Kettlethorpe, and Loughborough travelled to train and enjoy 3 hours of intense Kihon, Kata, and Kumite.
