Kat is Back! KKO Championships May 12, 2019

Akashi travelled to Liverpool for the KKO championships, taking a squad of just 12 members. As expected there was a large turn out for this event, but all Akashi members were well prepared and had been training hard on the run up to this competition. Akashi's dedication to training showed in our performance, all our team members did us proud. Strong team spirit and camaraderie meant we achieved 3 Gold, 4 Silver, and 2 bronze with most of our team receiving at least one medal.

This marks the return to competition of Kat Lou Fewster after a year away due to injury, Kat after receiving Gold and Bronze Medal, pictured with Glenn Riley Sensei.
