A huge well done to A.S.K.A members who have just returned from competing at the WUKF World Championships in Bratislava. We now have 4 World Champions, and 3 World bronze Medalists! Congratulations to Kat Fewster who won 2 Golds in the teams amd a bronze in the individuals. Tonicka Virdee won a Gold in team kumite. Tonicka scored the vital points that led the team to victory. Sam Jackson won a Gold in Team Kumite and bronze in the individuals. Louis Jackson won Gold in Team Kumite. Jack Gallagher won bronze in the individual kumite. A huge well done to Harrison Riley who narrowly missed out on a medal, going out in the quarterfinals. Well done to Jemima Jackson for your superb effort in the Individuals ( Kata). I narrowly missed out, being placed 4th in the individuals ( Kata). Well done to Ian Gallagher, who was promoted to World Judge by WUKF. I am seriously proud of all our members. Our standard of Karate just gets better.
