On the 19th February 2013, the club trained under Steve Carless Sensei 5th Dan JKS, Steve Sensei taught two hours of very enjoyable Karate. The course covered body control, balance, Keri-Waza (kicking techniques), Kihon ( basics) and Kata (Set forms). Steve Sensei’s excellent approach to instructing made everyone feel at ease and enjoy their training. At the end of the course Steve Sensei kindly presented a trophy to the best trained junior (Leon Riley).
